Located along the banks of the Rappahannock River, lies the city of Fredericksburg, Virginia. This is a city steeped in history as is easily seen by the many historic homes, such as the Belvedere Plantation. The Riverside Dinner Theater is a popular tourist destination in Fredericksburg where you will be able to dine in style and take in a live Broadway musical. Festivals held from July through October include the Heritage Festival on July 4, the Rappahannock River Festival in September and the Hispanic Festival in October.
