The legendary baseball player almost had his house demolished. This museum explains how and why the house was almost demolished and how they managed to save it. The street is now a baseball shrine. The Baltimore Civil war museum was built in 1849. The museum was the site to an underground railway that wreaked havoc during the civil war. There are many different kinds of exhibits showing how rough live was in this time period. Everyone from all ages will find this museum to be unique and you will see the different turning points in of black American history at this museum.
