At the Lincoln Homestead State Park, you can see the log cabin where Thomas Lincoln grew up and play a round of golf on the 18-hole course. The House of History is the oldest standing house in the town, built completely of logs around 1800. Idle Hour Park features a wealth of sports facilities as well as a paved walking-jogging trail. Take a dip in the pool at Swimming Pool Park, where you will also find a playground and picnic areas.
