Birmingham is a city of central England, 100 miles northwest of London. I love Brum, always have done. Nightlife is awesome (in the right places). Shopping is incredible. For meals I recommend Ha Ha Bar & Grill in The Mailbox. For bars, Arcadian and The Mailbox are good areas. Broad street is good fun if you can deal with the typically embarrassing drunkards who love to annoy you. Other than that, Broad street should only be entered if alcohol consumption is your main priority...
