Liverpool Travel Tips from Clare Sargent and other guests
Liverpool....what a great place!! The nightlife and the buzz was amazing, the people were very friendly and pleasant. Will definitely be going back in the near future. Had a wonderful time!!!..
Hotel is in a bad area of Liverpool and young louts hang around the entrance. There is no doorman. On Saturday night there were 2 drunk non residents riding up & down in the lift obviously intent on causing some trouble. Residents bar is small and no food available after about 11pm unless you order room service. The man in the parking garage- the first person you meet, is very surly and generally you dont feel welcome at the hotel. They could all do with customer service training and this is a sign of bad management...
