Fuerteventura Travel Tips from Nigel Foster and other guests
Lovely long beaches of (surprisingly) yellow abundant SAND. This appears to be a newly-built resort so mostly hotels, apartment blocks and frequent(small) shopping centres. So no history, no culture nor night life outside the hotels that we saw. But very peaceful resort; pleasant walks with picturesque views over the island barren countryside. Worth the trip - but perhaps only once. Excellent location for surfers, wind surfing, kite-surfing and other related water sports..
