Apalling hotel - Wouldn't even recommend it to my worst enemy, 13, May, 2007

This hotel is terrible - I really would not recommend staying there:
1. Rooms are tiny and bathroom ridiculously small.
2. Room smelt heavily of smoke
3. Returned (at 1am) from a day out in London to find room door OPEN - someone had been in to fix the fire alarm but no one had checked that the room had been secured. The room was right next to the main entrance so anyone could have entered.
Really thought this hotel was a waste of money - room rates are massively over-inflated - i'd be hard pressed to find a satisfied guest. The staff are useless and really no help at all. Please just don't stay there - you have been warned!
