The guest reviews offer a unique and unbiased, first hand perspective on our around-the-world list of hotels. Each hotel is evaluated by past guests who rate their overall satisfaction according to several criteria.
A survey is sent after their stay where guests can decide if they recommend the hotel to others or not and rank the hotel cleanliness, service and value on a scale of one to five. Guests can also add comments or tips, highlighting what they enjoyed the most about their trip or warning other travellers about any difficulties. Anyone on the staff was particularly friendly? The rooms were spacious and quiet? Did you find the perfect restaurant around the corner? The reviews provide this insight and much more.
Be sure to look for the guest reviews when booking your hotel, they may give you exactly the information you want!
We do edit some comments to correct mistakes and for clarity but never change its meaning. We find the guest reviews extremely valuable and have a deep appreciation for the guests who took their time to send their review.
After your stay, be sure to send us your review and help other travellers. This information can prove invaluable when it comes to travelling, especially in a foreign and unknown country. There is nothing like a first-hand account from a fellow traveller to provide you with important details when planning your own trip. Use these reviews to help make a well-informed decision when it comes to your choice of your hotel.
the location was excellent. we stayed for two nights in September. i found the room quite cold and as far as I could see there was only cold air conditioning. the room was quite dated but a very typical brighton hotel room. we used the small pool and steam room which was included in the price which was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
we had breakfast which was great- you have a huge option of different breakfast food. the view was amazing too.
overall a great hotel- but the room it self seemed a little disappointing compared to the grand foyer.
When the fire alarm went off at 7.15am, there were no directions from the staff, and no subsequent explanation of how and why it was triggered. This was my second stay, but my room was rather smaller and cramped on this occasion.
Hotel basic but in good location for museums, transport and represented good value for money for a cental London location.
Bar not particulary inviting but good basic accomodation to use as a base.
Great looking building (from the front). Reception and bar area interesting too.
Room was small, cold and noisey. Trouser press didn't work (tried it to warm the room!). A/C was noisey and inadiquate. Colleague, in other room, complained of strong smell of Tobacco in room and on beding. I booked this hotel based on location and photo's supplied.
Centrally located and very reasonable priced, clean and tidy and staff where very helpful when trying to find the markets. I Would happily recommend this hotel.
It is a great location. Very easy to get to the Tube to places of interest and the airport.
Room was ok... pretty small and not too aesthetic but it was great value, especially if you only need it to sleep. close to pubs, cafes, internet shops.
The Hotel Silberhorn was a great choice for our stay in Wengen. Its situation, right next to the picturesque little station could not be more convenient. The staff were all very courteous and attentive and the food was of a very high standard although we depended on our mountain activities to work off the 6 course meals! Our room was spacious and well equipped with beautiful views to the mountains. We fully intend to be back!
I would not recommend this hotel as it was a long way out of Reading - £20 in a taxi and offered no services whatsoever. Staff weren't particularly friendly and we weren't made to feel welcome upon arrival. Stay somewhere else if you can.
A fabulous hotel, our room over-looked the harbour. We couldn't fault anything about the hotel apart from the fact that it took us a little while to find it! We would definitely stay here again if we visit Genoa in the future.
Very nice little room with everything that I required. Good T.V and shower and the view of the canal. With in walking distance from the down town. I will stay there again this August if I go back.
This is by far my favourite hotel in Monaco! I've statyed here the past 5 times I've visited and the service has always been amazing! The hotel is hands down, my favourite!
